1. What services do you offer?
We offer Direct-To-Garment printing, embroidery as well as vinyl/screen printing services. Please contact us for more information on how we can service you.

2. Do you have a setup fee?
Yes, all orders have a $20 set-up fee that will be applied to your order at check out. If you submit a quote request, you will see the set-up fee applied at the bottom of your quote as well.

3. What is the order minimum?
For Direct-To-Garment printing, we are fortunate enough to not have an order minimum; however, we do have packages available to assist you throughout your order journey. For embroidery orders, we have a mandatory minimum or 6 pcs. We offer packages for this service as well. If you do not see a package that fits your needs, complete a Custom Quote Request and we will get back to you within 24-48 hrs.

4. What is the standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. If you would like a rush order, please submit your quote request and let us know your projected due date.

5. Can I get a rush order?

Yes! Our Rush Order Program allows us to expedite the process to 3-5 business days. Our RUSH fee is 25% of the total invoice. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays when we order merchandise or once we ship merchandise. If you would like a more expedited turnaround time, please send us an email and we will help you as best as we can.

6. What is the artwork requirement?
For DTG, or direct to garment printing, we recommend high resolution (at least 300 dpi) JPEG, or PNG files. If we are printing on a colored shirt, your image must have a transparent background or we will require a fee of $25 to remove it. Please note, how we receive the image is how the image will print. For embroidery, we require a DST file. If you have any other embroidery formats, that is fine, it will have to be converted and that fee will be $15.
